Brilliant ruby in the glass, opening with notes of strawberry, cherry, and subtle tones of rosemary and mint. Velvety tannins and bright acidity carry flavours of ripe red berries through a long, elegant finish as hints of vanilla add depth. The result is a blend that’s deeply layered and nuanced, yet effortlessly enjoyable.

We selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes from sun-kissed hillside vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula, where the vines, cooled by breezes off the Great Lakes, flourish in the perfect combination of climate, soil, and terrain. The wine that emerges is deeply layered and nuanced, yet easy to enjoy.

A sultry summer evening filled with possibilities. That’s our Sauvignon Blanc. 

Surprisingly dry yet bursting with aromas of juicy sun-warmed peaches and hints of citrus and tropical fruits, it’s a testament to the belief that simplicity can be extraordinary. 

These grapes have been harvested from two select rows, where they thrive in the limestone-rich soil of an ancient lakebed. From there, we make the wine the way tradition demands—using classic French methods that honour their lineage. The result is an exceptional wine of low alcohol content with invigorating acidity.
